Roaring Camp was seeking a rebrand. This consisted of a new logo, website, eblast and print brochures. The new style was also carried through to their social media accounts.
I play many roles for Roaring Camp. My initial roles for the rebranding project were logo design, website; interaction design, visual design, content creation and integration.
My currently roles is website management, social media / email marketing content creation and scheduling as well as graphic design for all print and digital campaigns.
RESPONSIVE WEBSITE
The user’s main goal is to reserve a train ride. Their secondary goal is to view and buy tickets to an event. The main goal is supported with a calendar icon in the top left. For those who enter Roaring Camp’s website and think, “What the heck is this?” They can get more information on the two train excursions and access the reservations through the train pages. The secondary goal is supported with the events link in the navigation and the upcoming events carousel under the hero video. Events are [normally] organized by date and can be searched easily by categories such as train type or event type.
EMAIL MARKETING
Following the rebranding and new website, we needed to create a consistent look and feel through out their marketing platforms, starting with email marketing. I created a template that was consistent with the website.
DIGITAL AD ANIMATION
We do many digital ad campaigns for Roaring Camp’s events throughout the year. I create different variations of storyboards for client approval, then export the assets and finally, animate ads for HTML5.
